The Woods Avenue Animal Clinic is now providing clients with Veterinary Metrics Pet ID Cards. These cards are courtesy of the Woods Avenue Animal Clinic. Once your pet has received his/her annual exam and is up to date on all vaccinations, you will receive a Veterinary Metrics Pet ID Card in the mail.

Veterinary Metrics Pet ID Card provides you with the following:

            Proof of vaccination

            Rabies tag and microchip numbers

            Hospital contact information

            Client and patient information

Clients can use these cards at both boarding and grooming facilities. They can also be used at emergency clinics. Veterinary Metrics Pet ID Card also comes in handy on family vacations if your pet needs veterinary care.
