Vetgate Pet Health ID Card provides you with the following:
Proof of vaccination
Rabies tag and microchip numbers
Hospital contact information
Client and patient information
Login information for Internet Services
Clients can use these cards at both boarding and grooming facilities. They can also be used at emergency clinics. Vetgate Pet Health ID Card also comes in handy on family vacations if your pet needs veterinary care.
